'Tis the Season

By all the means you can,
In all the ways you can,
In all the places you can,
At all the times you can,

Sherry, it seems we share more than a common history of things past. I love quotes and I keep journals filled with quotes, writings, illustrations,
etc. So nice of you to visit :)

Another surreal and wonderful image. I just don't know how you do it, Neda. It can't be that paper and scissors are enough, surely you have a magical wand or something?

Dear Neda, I've been spending the week getting familiar with you and your work. Your story in the stairwell is unreal to me. I've learned so many valuable things from you and your website and by extension, your readers. I'm very excited to get started again with my collages. This collage in particular is terrific. I love that it's not a christmasy collage but with the title, tis the season, and the quote, it's inspiring and creates something much more than the usual commercialism that is Christmas. It keeps me mindful of all the work there is to do in the world to help people have hope.

I didn't think I was bored, I felt there was nothing left to do with all the mailart, atcs and christmas shopping out of the way. Usually, when I upload a piece of work, there something more to say afterwards. You see my mind like a machine always thinking and I'm constantly observing the world around me. Might find ideas for I could use in my art or add in my blog. Besides I have to work on some project because can't being bored. I need something to do.
Love your collages, they like more than just cut and stick, the individual piece seem to merge together.
I'll add your blog to my links makes it easier to find again.

Hi Neda,

This just popped up as new again in my reader.

I still love it ... the poem is wonderful, of course.

This collage is wonderful the way she blends in ... being part of the wreath and also separate. So sensual and so tasteful!!
